Homosexuality and the Indian Physician

Just think from a doctor’s point of view: Suppose an HIV+ patient comes to him. The doctor is caught between the Professional Ethics of Secrecy, i.e. not to disclose his patient’s status to anybody but is also legally bounded to inform the police if his patient contacted HIV through homosexual practices
